Waiale Road 201 LLC (‘Waiale’) is the developer of Waiale Elua Subdivision. Waiale began the entitlement process for this project in 2015. The majority of the infrastructure improvements will be completed in early 2019. Home construction will follow.
FabMacHomes Inc.will develop 9 of the 70 available home/lots in the subdivision. Six of the FABMAC homes will be sold to families with household incomes below 80%of median family income as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),and three to families earning below 100% of HUD median income. Sixty-one of the homes will be built by Hope Builders LLC and be offered to families with incomes below 140% of HUD median income.
